Hunt developed The Village, located in Baytown, Texas, in 2001 as an apartment complex consisting of 210 units (one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
