Hunt developed Shady Oaks Manor Apartments, located in Fort Worth, Texas, in 2003 as an apartment complex consisting of 138 units (130 one-bedroom, and 8 two-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
