The U.S. Air Force and Sunset Ridge Development Partners, LLC have formed a partnership to develop Phase I of the West Side Development Enhanced Use Lease project, Falcon Hill National Aerospace Research Park, at Hill Air Force Base in northern Utah. Phase I of the project will transform 150 acres of land on the west portion of Hill Air Force Base into a thriving new technology park with complementary uses that include retail, office, flex lab, hotel and restaurant components. Upon completion of the entire 500 acre project, the West Side Development will be the largest private project of its kind in Air Force History. Sunset Ridge Development Partners, LLC is a partnership between Hunt Development Group, Woodbury Corporation of Salt Lake City, Utah and Flintridge Partners, LLC of Irvine, California.
