Hunt developed Caney Run Estates, located in Victoria, Texas, in 2005 as an apartment complex consisting of 116 units (56 two-bedroom, and 60 three-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
