Since 1970, we have developed and built approximately 90,000 housing units across the country:

• 141 turnkey military housing projects, totaling over 33,214 units, developed and constructed by Hunt
• 25 privatized military housing projects, totaling over 35,748 units,  developed, constructed and owned by Hunt
• 7 Section 801/802 military housing projects, totaling over 3,446 units
• 23 low-income housing tax credit housing projects, totaling 3,987 units, developed and constructed by Hunt
• 22 projects under HUD Section 8 program , totaling 1,612 units, developed and constructed by Hunt
• 5 market-rate projects, totaling 1,191 units, developed and constructed by Hunt
• 72 projects, totaling 7,334 units, developed and constructed by Hunt for different housing authorities
• 24 projects, totaling 3,738 units, built for numerous private-sector owners.

In addition, Hunt has purchased over 660 units for the purpose of value-added asset management.
